How to hire our rooms
At The Apartment, we take care to ensure both parties are the right fit and that expectations are aligned from the beginning. To get started, simply send us a text or complete the contact form with a little information about yourself. Management will then arrange a suitable time for a relaxed, no-obligation visit and orientation onsite.
Before being approved for room hire, we book you in for a private induction and viewing with management so you can get a feel for the environment and ask any questions you may have. If both parties are happy to move forward, you’ll be granted access to the premises and provided with all relevant information regarding our building access, operational procedures, and added to our app booking system.
If you are touring from another city or country and unable to attend an in-person induction, management can arrange a video call and virtual walkthrough of the establishment and answer any questions.

How We Operate
The apartment rooms are booked through our timetable app. Access to our premises is via a secure pin code system, no lock boxes or need for physical keys. During in-person orientation, we cover room maintenance guidelines, payment procedures, room resets, and communal premises care.
Once access is granted to hire from us, you are free to come and go as you please without management involvement.
Our system is designed to be completely self sufficient, discrete & easy.
