How to rent our rooms
At The Apartment, we diligently ensure that both parties are suitably matched and that all expectations are fulfilled. Please reach out to us via text or email initially to provide us with information about yourself management will then schedule a suitable day and time to meet with you onsite.
Prior to being approved to rent with us, an induction, orientation, and interview process is conducted onsite by management. If this process is successful, you will be granted access to our facilities and given all the relevant information regarding building access, operational procedures, and our online booking system.

If you are wanting to tour and unable to attend an in person induction, management will arrange a video call with you.

Yes, our daily capped rate of $200 means that regardless of how many bookings you do in
a single day, you will not be charged more than $200. This can be a cost effective option for those who plan to do multiple bookings per day it offers the convenience of unlimited bookings without any additional charges beyond the capped rate.

Book the apartment rooms throughout the day as your bookings start to come in. With casual hire, you will only need to cover the costs of your completed bookings for that day, plus an additional overnight sleep fee of $50.
If you hit the daily casual cap rate of $200, you add an extra $50 for an overnight stay, totalling $250 for a 24-hour period.
You can opt for a full day hire of $250 this is your room for the day however, the fee must be paid regardless of how many bookings you do. (This applies to Auckland only and if dates are available)

Our private areas are designed to be a cozy space for you to relax between bookings. These include private dressing room & kitchen area.
We have you covered
offer all the essential amenities to guarantee a smooth working experience, including a fully equipped workspace.
Sleep
You can expect fluffy white towels, feather duvets, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, and a selection of soft and firm pillows for a restful sleep.
Our central locations
provide easy access to nearby cafes, supermarkets where you can grab your morning coffee and snacks.

Our establishments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, heated towel warmers, unscented high quality coconut oil + professional oil warmers , atmospheric coloured hue mood lighting on central dimmers, Bose blue tooth speakers, oversized top of the line professional massage tables, condoms (all sizes), lube, dams, hand sanitiser, fresh white commercial grade towels and linen, tissues, pillow top memory foam queen beds, heat pumps, cleaning products, professional in house cleaners, managerial team 7 days (clients do not see our managers) cctv & in house security monitors, client video & intercom system.
How we operate
The apartment rooms are booked through our online timetable app. Access to our premises is via a secure pin code, eliminating the need for physical keys.
During in-person orientation, we cover room maintenance guidelines, payment procedures, room resets, and communal premises care.
Once access is granted to rent from us, you are free to come and go as you please without contacting management.
Our system is designed to be completely self-sufficient.
